Purchased 8 of these for my housekeeping department two months ago, they were working fine until the clear white tube was detached from daily usage, found out it was defective after communicating with the seller, they replaced all 8 of them without issues. I would recommend it based on the seller's cooperation. Expected life for the product ranges from 6 months to 1 year depending on usage. Appreciate the help from Moon of K-Storm.
I just started using this so I’m not quite 100% but so far. The sound is clear and amazing. 500 times better than the on unit speaker. I can hear people’s voices. Not scratchy squelchy nonsense. It took a minute to figure out how to wear it, but I love it so far. My first radio got stolen and I figured it would be a cheep replace. These things are $200+ dollars. This little apparatus is so this thing is never coming off my belt at work again.
You cant hear anything out of the ear that you have the ear piece on, sound wise its very distorting, also the wires are just tooooo much and too long
I love this serv piece. It works great for set. The PTT is longer so it doesn’t get bunched up, it works perfectly for the Motorola walkies on set. Will definitely purchase again!
Works great with the new radios they have at work. the earpiece they gave us does not fit well. This was a great replacement! Others at work will also be buying this one
