Bought these for my Motorola MT352R. They work perfectly. I hear a lot of people tend to have issues with these but I bought two of these and they work. It's been about a year and they still work. Don't be too discouraged by the negative comments and reviews on these things. They are fragile but if you take good care of them, should be good to go.
