A little tight on my fat neck, but it does the job. The audio is good as well. I was able to copy conversations over the local noise in the room with ease, and no background noise was heard while transmitting. The question now is, longevity but only time will tell.
This piece of junk would work when was standing still but then would quit. When I could get it to work no one could understand anything I said even when I’d tried every adjustment I could make. Will nearly chock you to death unless you have a small neck.
I've been using this headset for a couple months now and i am very happy with it. I have a small neck so it's hard for me to find a throat mic that fits and actually works as advertised. The only thing i had to do was bend the mic's in a little bit so they sat snug on my throat and i havent had an issue yet. It sits very comfortably on the neck and dosent move around at all like so many others do and the puck style PTT is a very nice feature to have especially when using gloves. I have had the chance to use this in two airsoft Op's and while operating a moving truck. Both times, they worked flawlessly even when i had to whisper. I would say the only real con is the ship time which took a little over a month. I wasent in a hurry to get them so it wasent a bother to me but it's something to keep in mind if your crunched for time or impatient. Overall, very worth the money and works just as well as more expensive brands. ALSO: i use this mic with a Baofeng UV-5R.

They are tight on my neck but they have to be to work. I have not used them for hunting yet but I think I will get used to them like anything else. I hunt where it is cold. At times VERY cold. I am usually wearing a pull over and a nick gator to keep warm. You can imagine the problems with a typical mic in a situation like that. So these will be worth every penny to me if they work as well as my initial tests in the house.

Will not fit well in some molle configuration on body armor.Acoustic tube does not fit comfortably,falls out very easily.
I have a thicker neck than most so its a little tight but not enough to be an issue.
