My kids broke the mic boom off my $1200 Peltor ComTacII's and I didn't want to shell-out another $1200 so I found these expecting them to be total crap. Wow was I surprised. The fit was perfect. The function was excellent. They work as good as my Peltors, I couldn't believe it. They are a carbon copy of the Peltor ComTac II's. I read reports on here that people had a hard time to get them to fit on their helmet, but mine went on with the same force as my Peltor's. I highly recommend these.
These cans are awesome for a few reasons:
1. AFFORDABILITY- These are $120 bucks, at first glance your probably thinking "thats a lot of money for knockoff earpro", but the value the product offers is bar none, you get the earpro itself, a working boom mic, the helmet adapters and the PTT. If you bought all that trying to piece together your own affordable airsoft earpro, you'd spend more. guarantee it. The reason i know is because I've done it myself :D
2. QUALITY-The earpro itself cuts out noises quickly and well, and also amplifies noise really well. Comparing this earpro to some name brand earpro on the market such as Howard Leights and the Walker Razors they are about the same. In my opinion they are actually better the Razors because they have a wind cover. When you turn them on, the Earpro does have some 'tinny' effect but nearly as bad as the Walker Razors in my opinion.
3. RELAIBILITY- These earpro havent been through hell, but i have used them about 3 times when going airsofting all throughout the day and the batteries are still full.
Complaints:
My ONLY complaint isnt even with the earpro or even the helmet mounts but with the PTT. the kenwood plug sometimes wants to push out due to excess plastic around the double prong plug, so you may want to take a razor to it and trim off some excess plastic so the connection and be tight without any pushback.
Initially had a bad result, however seller was very flexible and was willing to work with me. The clasp for the left side broke the moment I went to test these out making it impossible to mount them. Upon sending an email the seller apologized and sent out a new clasp. Put them on today and not only are the comfortable the audio is crisp and clean, and when disabled block a lot of sound.

Want (near) Peltor quality without the Peltor price tag for silly-villian use? Look no further. I am using these on my Midland GXT radios (they came with a Baofeng connection so I had to purchase a Midland PTT adapter). I was looking into an inline amplifier to make them work with the lower power civilian radio but held off until I did a function check, and I'm glad I did because they work fantastically as is.
• Gell ear cups, active ambient sound amplification and noise reduction (like expensive earpro, you hear the world in that odd amplification around you until you make a sudden noise- clap hard enough or forcefully cough loud enough- and it all goes quite for a moment).
• Rotating rail adapters (not quite 3m quality, but damn good enough to take a beating) with properly angled arms
• Note that you'll have to play with the adapter location to make the rest chips fit perfect. 4th notch and they feel "right" but just don't quite seem to seal all the way, 5th notch they fit and preform beautifully.
*** Be aware that sound performance is premised on radio make and model and the secondary PTT adapter, they may very well perform differently with other radios or the stock PTT ***
Not sure who to blame on this one, but here is what happened with this (TAC-SKY Tactical Headset Comta II) I ordered 11/2020 from Amazon. Purchased/received two headsets and the experince with both are incorporated into this review. The first headset arrived in a damaged, opened manufacturer's product box, with no outer (amazondot com branded) shipping box. The headset had numerous oily smudges and fingerprints, had clearly been handled post-manufacture and distribution, and was just a mess of a delivered "brand new" product. Sent it back. The second arrived in the same manufacturers packaging and again, without an actual, cardboard shipping box/container. At least this time the product box wasn't damaged and the contents inside hastily shoved back in and sent on it's way. Problem is the second headset didn't have an operable PTT, even though it appeared unhandled and didn't have oil, wear, etc, like the first set. Used the included kenwood PTT dongle with two radios and neither were able to communicate via PTT. From scrutinizing the QandA's on the product page after not being able to get the PTT to work... it seems this headset is somewhat prone to exclusivity with Baofeng radios. I do not have Baofeng radios.
All in all, not the experience I believed I had bargained for. Pretty much like all of you, I was looking for a cheaper alternative for a good-quality tactical headset to pair with my MICH, but wasn't able to prove this solution as viable.
The headset seems well-manufactured using quality materials. The fitmet to my MICH was perfect. Really wished this had worked out.

Difference from C2 and C3
- Outlook is different.
- C3 Microphones can be interchanged left and right because this version designed two plugs for MIC.
C2 headset has only one.
- C3 uses 2*AAA batteries and C2 uses 2*AA batteries.
- The chip has also been upgraded, and the noise reduction and pickup effects of C 3 will be better. However, everyone's hearing is different, some people say C 2is very good, some people say C3 is very good.So fit is the best.

I was very wary of these for actual hearing protection but these seem to do quite well. The sound amplification feature is really the only lacking part as I struggled to hear people in conversation at some points. It doesn't really amplify much and seems to be muffled a little bit in its highest amplification setting but the mic works well and I had no troubles communicating over radio. The mounting arms have been solid and show no signs of wear after seeing some use. I got about 4-5 hrs of battety life from constant use.
