So the quality is good but IDK if it's a problem with the radio or the PTT but when I plug it in, it's constantly in "talk mode" as in the PTT button doesn't do anything, it's just always transmitting. I have Motorolla walkabout (talkabout?) Radios.
They work well with the ztac peltors! got the motorla 1 pin version and it works flawlessly with a motorola talkabout
Don't waste your time with this, it is not 2.5mm.
Sturdy, about the same design as plugs on board military aircraft.

Bought these for my Motorola MT352R. They work perfectly. I hear a lot of people tend to have issues with these but I bought two of these and they work. It's been about a year and they still work. Don't be too discouraged by the negative comments and reviews on these things. They are fragile but if you take good care of them, should be good to go.
