I have two baofeng radios and these work great with it. The controls are a little bit strange.
If you press and hold the push to talk button for two seconds and then release it will let you talk for about two seconds.
If you quickly press the push to talk button it will continue talking and transmitting for 15 seconds.
Because it came in a five pack I ended up pulling out the larger pin and only using the audio one so that I can use my headphones to listen to the radio and then just press the transmit button on the radio to talk if I need to.

I bought these for my football officiating crew. Reception is very good even in somewhat noisy settings. The ear pieces lose some flexibility when the temperature gets around 40 degrees so they don't seem to stay in your ear as well as they should. Users manual states that using the external headset will affect the water-tightness performance of the radio, so we did not use them one game when it rained. Overall we were happy with the performance. They're a good value for the price.
I liked that they came with earpieces, however one of the headsets only worked for the first hour then croaked. Still worked well without them. Sound quality good and clear.
We use walkies for our business so valet, security and front desk can communicate with one another. The range on these is pretty good and we can use the walkies about a half block from eachother just fine. They are not compatible with other walkies so we have to choose between these and other styles of walkies we have. The volume on them is REALLY low, so they need to be turned up all the way at all times in order to hear the caller. One stopped working within the first two weeks of using it. Might consider ordering again since they do not crackle all the time like some of our other walkies do, but would hesitate out of fear they would stop working quickly.
