This can be very helpful in a high noise environment, such as a public event, mechanical shop, construction area, windy area, or in a loud car. If you place the earpiece properly in your ear, it eliminates noise drastically, similar to an earplug. Be aware that you may have to adjust the neck piece to make your voice clear enough. It's not for fun really, but for utility.

received this whilst being deployed abroad as a private security professional who is well used to communication devices... plugged it in and didn't work... fiddled and tried everything, even assistance with friends and still no joy... not in a position to return the item to sender so basically a waste of money...
Good, well made product. Doesn't come with any instructions. After some frustration due totally to operator error, it works great. I work with high noise fans, forklifts and equipment. I'm able to take or make calls with little to no noise interference to the conversations.
The person on the other end may get a horn sound or something very close to you however nothing like what you're hearing.
This is the Best item that I have brought yet an it dose work with PC an Phone but the down fall is the ear piece wont work on the PS4 but that is a given I am using this for my Phone an PC only... An it is very comfortable....

For the price this is kinda to be expected. Luckily the one I had given as a gift was the one that worked correctly.
Call/communication quality is poor I used it a hand full of times and gave up. The recipient of the call cannot clearly make out what your saying and I've used several higher quality products in my military service so it's not a user error.
I bought this item thinking it would work well for the price but it turns out that it does not. When I used it my voice was muffled and the other person across the line could not hear my voice clearly. Overall this was just a big let down and honestly a waste of money.
