These products came individually packaged and performed absolutely up to my expectations. When it was discovered that one item wasn't working quite properly, the return was handled flawlessly and absolutely to my satisfaction. I've dealt with many vendors who's customer service was not great, poor, or simply didn't exist. The first test of these radios indicated a range of over 2 miles in a city with many tall brick and steel buildings and tall Metra train tracks nearby. I sat in my living room after sending three co-workers out in different directions and these radios delivered clear and focused sound. I have a background in 2-way radio communication and these are absolutely on par with some of the top names in the business. Absolutely 100% recommended and affordable.
Product met our expectations. We plan to use with the family when we ski, so we can easily check in with each other regardless of where we are on the trails. With the long antenna were able to clearly communicate 2 miles away.
Customer support was fabulous! I had a single screw that was missing from one of the units, which is used to secure the clip. My question to the vendor was answered very quickly and they provide me the exact dimensions of the screw. But when I couldn’t find one locally, they were able to send me some. They constantly kept in touch to ensure I received the replacement and verified the issue was solved. They we extremely polite and transparent! Very much appreciated!
Everything, we needed in these great pieces. Have had to occasionally remove the battery when a unit wouldn't connect after turning it on, but otherwise would highly reccomend them. They got a A+ on packaging too.
We have used these radios for a few years in a mining application. The average range is about 3-5 miles and work well in our tunnels as well. Very good value for the cost.
These are great radios. However, the screws keep falling out for the belt clip and the batteries also break.

I purchased these radios for my business but also used them for our board members at our county fair. I was very happy with battery life as they were used over 15 hours a day and the reception from one end to the other with many buildings and other obstacles that were in the way. Also worked very well from inside the buildings. I am planning on purchasing more in the near future
These are the best radio's for the price. Very happy with the seller who has always replied to all of my inquiries promptly. I had used the H777 radios but these are much more sturdier and are holding up better.
My football 5-man crew loves the radios. They are so easy to work. Great buck for the money.
