Works great with the radios I have for them. My only complaint is it makes it harder to hear someone talking to you. Like it quieted it down.
I used it to program multiple radios and had no issues.

UPDATE: The customer service for Retevis was spectacular! They contacted me right away are receiving my feedback, worked with me to find a replacement type of headset that would be better and shipped them to me for Free! Five Stars for Customer Service!
Volume, speaker, talking button are good, but they're very uncomfortable and don't stay in place. I'll be purchasing a different type.
I purchased these for my staff at my restaurant and we couldn't be happier.....started using them 2 weeks ago and they work perfectly and are just what we needed to help with communication between our hostesses, kitchen and servers....I would highly recommend this product
First off, only reason it's not 5 stars is the mic hole. On testing, could barely hear anything unless the mic is up to your mouth and has to be aiming straight at you. With a small drill bit it can be widened by hand and works great after. After opening the mic hole it actually is more sensitive than the mic on a Baofeng radio. Sound quality through the earpiece is excellent. For about 3 bucks each, can't go wrong
