This is the second unit we've purchase for use with our DLR1060's. The first unit came in with poor sound quality, Amazon returned without question. New unit came in and sound quality was good for a few weeks, then back to sounding like my employee was in a chopper when she spoke. Now unit has failed completely, about three months old, while all the original Motorola units work perfectly.
Unfortunately this employee must have an over the head style ear piece and mic. We're now outside the return window and unwilling to try another one of these.
I would not recommend this product, unless it's your only option, then be prepared for disappointment.
changed from one star to five stars! worked well at first, but sound was intermittent. would only work some of the time. was broken (the non-hearing side of the band was broken off) when arrived. after initial review, sender asked to send me another. I didnt even think to ask, but they offered. i should have before making a comment. anyhow, sender was very responsive, sent a replacement quickly, which works well so far. great service. thank you!
This earpiece product didn't even last a month. Quit working. I needed it for my job. I was excited for the concept, but I need to be able to rely on a product.
Broke just outside of the return window. But it was very comfortable while it lasted. Would buy again if it were sturdier.

It works great very clear sound quality. It is not a snug headpiece which is good for comfort but bad as it slips easily.
On the plus side, the headset didn't cost much....
