Employees did not like the earpiece that fit in the ear canal so we tried these that attach to earlobe. Much better fit and less static.
It was comfortable to wear and easy to put on, but sadly people standing near you can hear the conversation if you have the volume up so you can hear in a loud room. Most likely going to return it.
Great product works well for our rugby club.
